The Beyhive has word that the queen has a new studio album and accompanying mini film slated for a “rock solid” April drop! Whispers have been circulating around the hive for a while now, spurred by a brilliantly cryptic lemon selfie that Beyoncé posted to Instagram six months ago. Apparently Project Lemonade is the codename for what will be her sixth studio album. Last week The Beyhive’s semi-official Twitter account posted a declaration that shooting had wrapped in New Orleans for a Strong Films project also tentatively titled Project Lemonade. It may or may not have been shot by mysterious hip-hop video legend Kahlil Joseph.
All signs point to this being a damn good reason to finally jump on the Tidal train.
