These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of i-d.co (the “Site”), owned and operated by Levelprint US LLC on behalf of i-D (“i-D”).

This Site is owned and operated by Levelprint US LLC on behalf of its publication i-D.

“Site” means any website, mobile site, social media page, app, application and/or other service, regardless of how distributed, transmitted, published, or broadcast and any related pages and Content (as hereinafter defined), under our control.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of i-D and the artists and authors we commission or third-party licensors, unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to images, motion content, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. 8.1 All Content is protected by international copyright, trade dress, design, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other laws protecting intellectual property and related proprietary rights). All such rights are reserved to us and our licensors. You acknowledge that ‘i-D’ and any other brands or logos that belong to us wit4hin the Site are protected by trademark and that you may not use them without written permission from i-D. You agree not to remove or alter any rights notices appearing on the Site. You may not sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt and/or create derivative works from Site Content. We reserve the right to avail ourselves of all legal remedies to any Site user found to do so.

Making unauthorised copies of Content found on this Site may result in the prohibition of your use of the Service and legal action.

III.         Age Limit.

The minimum age to use the Site is sixteen (16) years old and by using this Site, You agree you are at least 16 years of age. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.

By posting publicly or submitting for inclusion to our Site, you agree not to act illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions and you represent and warrant that all content you post is original, non-defamatory, non-infringing and needs no additional permission from third parties in order to be so included. You agree to indemnify i-D against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by i-D or any third party as a result of your breach of the above warranty. You hereby waive any moral rights in your content for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Site.

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

1.  You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and

i-D and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

By using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless i-D and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

X.         Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

XI.        Miscellaneous

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
